Recommendations for sizing chart. 

EVERYDAY: Order according to our size chart by height and weight do not down size unless it states in the description. Please note some garments run big, if this is the case it will be noted in the description of such item. If you are in between sizes make sure to size up versus sizing down. If you are curvy order based on your hip/butt ratio not your waist (unless its a waist trainer). 

POSTPARTUM: Recommended to size up one size from the original size according to the chart. 

POST-OP LIPO: Recommended to size up one size up from your original size according to the chart. Some doctors may even recommend to size 2 sizes up from original size. However, do not order your original size - you will be swollen and if you are a BBL patient you will be bigger from your butt/hip area.

POST-OP TUMMY TUCK: Recommended to size up 2 sizes from your original size according to our chart. No pressure must be applied to the incision to help recovery/healing process.
