I ORDERED FROM TIKTOK SHOP AND NEED AN EXCHANGE ?
TikTok shop is a 3rd party website and only offer returns. There is no need to contact us please process a return thru tiktok shop. 
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER THE SAME DAY IF I CHOSE CURBSIDE PICK UP?
No unfortunately same day pick up is not possible, orders take 1-2 business days to process as all items are fulfilled from our warehouse and transferred to the store location. Please wait for an email confirmation that states your order is now ready for pick up. 
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WHEN PICKING UP MY CURBSIDE ORDER?
You must bring a valid government issued ID and an email order confirmation. ID must match the name on order. If someone else will be picking up the order you must add there name to the order.
DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE USA?
Yes, however, we are not responsible for any additional importation fees that may be added by customs. 
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER ?
All orders are processed in 3-5 business days. After an order is processed it is immediately processed in which usually takes 2-5 business days, timeframes are subject to change depending on location. Complete turn around time is usually between 3-10 business days. 
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE?
Once your item is shipped we will email you the tracking number. Please check for expected delivery date. If no information is found feel free to call us and we can help track your package (909) 366-4234. We are not responsible for any stolen packages once your item has been delivered. 
REFUNDS? 
No. We do not offer refunds. No exceptions.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES ?
Yes please refer to our exchange portal. All orders can process a return within 15 days of receiving the order. 
CAN I COME INSTORE AND EXCHANGE AN ONLINE ORDER?
Yes, please feel free to visit any location for an exchange.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ?
Yes, if your order has not been shipped we can still cancel. We do not process cancellations after the order has been processed .
WHAT IS THE BEST SIZE FOR ME ?
All sizes have variations and are based on different size charts. Please review charts carefully and call us if you have any questions as there are no refunds. You can contact us at  ( (909) 366-4234
EXCHANGES? 
When applicable, exchanges are allowed for a different size. Please refer to our exchange policy for more details. 
CAN I GET FITTED IN STORE?
Yes, feel free to visit any of our locations. 
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES?
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen it is very important to notify us within 5 business days. We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. If we are not notified within 5 days your claim can be denied. 
WHAT HAPPENS IF EXCHANGE ITEM IS UNAVAILABLE AND OUT OF STOCK ?
If an item you wanted to exchange is unavailable and out of stock for more than 7 days, we will offer a similar product or provide store credit for the value of the item. No refunds will be made.
MY ITEM IS DEFECTIVE ?
If your item arrived defective please notify us immediately upon receiving. We just be notified within 5 days (not 10-30 days). Please send pictures to calicurvesfajas@gmail.com or call  (909) 366-4234. Item will be replaced for same item, same size, same color only, no exceptions. 
I DAMAGED MY ITEM WHEN TRYING ON, WHAT CAN I DO ?
If you damaged or punctured your item when trying on unfortunately we would not be able to replace. Please be very careful when trying on the items.
