Items that arrive with any kind of odor or stain will be denied. No exceptions. 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

If you remove route insurance on your order we can not file a claim on your behalf and are not responsible if the order is lost or stolen. 

Route insurance is available for purchase at check out, if the insurance is removed we can not file a claim and are not responsible. If order is lost, missing, or stolen we must be notified within 5 business days as claims are time sensitive and could be denied. Route orders replacements can not be refunded. 

 

WE CAN NOT MAKE ANY ADJUSTMENTS TO ORDER ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN PROCESSED. ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELED OR CHANGED ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN FULL FILLED DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS (ESPECIALLY DURING ANY HOLIDAY SALES) PLEASE REVIEW YOUR PURCHASE BEFORE CHECKING OUT AS WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE ANY CHANGES TO ORDES. Exchanges are allowed for same style different size only. You have 5 business days from the date your order is received to notify us via email at calicurvesfajas@gmail.com or via phone (909) 270-3348. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING CHARGES TO AND FROM DESTINATION. Item must be received within 10 days of purchase or it will not be accepted. Please include exchange slip with information stated. Exchanges are allowed for the same style different size only. An item exchange will be allowed one time per order. Item must be in its original packaging, clean, unworn, and odor/stain free. If the item shows signs of use such as stains, odors, or damages it will be refused and sent back. We recommend shipping item back with tracking number. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, MISSING, OR STOLEN PACKAGES.

Discounted items or Clearance Items are FINAL SALE. We can not exchange, return, or refund as most items are being liquidated due to low stock or being discontinued.

CURBSIDE PICK UP : 

Exchanges are allowed for same style different size only within 5 business days from pick up .Once your order is ready for pick up you will be notified via email. Orders must be picked up within 15 days or transaction will be canceled and a 35% restocking fee will be applied. Remaining balance will be given as store credit only. ID must be shown when picking up your order and must match the name on the order, no exceptions. If an exchange is needed the item must be new, stain free, odor free, with tags.
