Due to high volume of order BLACK FRIDAY orders will not be adjusted or canceled.

Please review policy as we have no refunds or returns. We offer exchanges and store credit only on website orders. 

If you have placed and order thru TIKTOK please refer to TIKTOK policy website and TIKTOK is not the same or have same policy. 

Items that arrive with any kind of odor or stain will be denied. No exceptions. 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

If you remove redo add on your order we can not file a claim on your behalf and are not responsible if the order is lost or stolen. 

If order is lost, missing, or stolen we must be notified within 5 business days as claims are time sensitive and could be denied. Lost order replacements can not be refunded only replaced. 

 

WE CAN NOT MAKE ANY ADJUSTMENTS TO ORDER ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN PROCESSED. ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELED OR CHANGED ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN FULL FILLED DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS (ESPECIALLY DURING ANY HOLIDAY/ BIG SALES) PLEASE REVIEW YOUR PURCHASE BEFORE CHECKING OUT AS WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE ANY CHANGES TO ORDES.

SHAPEWEAR:

Exchanges are allowed for different size if needed. If you are not satisfied with the item ordered and item is new we offer store credit. Item must be in its original packaging, clean, unworn, and odor/stain free. If the item shows signs of use such as stains, odors, or damages it will be refused and sent back. We recommend shipping item back with tracking number. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, MISSING, OR STOLEN PACKAGES.

CLEARENCE ITEMS:

Discounted items or Clearance Items are FINAL SALE. We can not exchange, return, or refund as most items are being liquidated due to low stock or being discontinued.

All sales are final. Due to USA health regulations we can not accept returns on undergarments or absorbent materials. We do not offer returns due to sanitary reasons. We do not offer any refunds or returns on weight-loss supplements or body lotions. Please refer to sizing charts when placing your order to ensure you select the correct size.For help with sizing please contact us via email.

CURBSIDE PICK UP : 

Exchanges are allowed for same style different size only within 5 business days from pick up .Once your order is ready for pick up you will be notified via email. Orders must be picked up within 15 days or transaction will be canceled and a 35% restocking fee will be applied. Remaining balance will be given as store credit only. ID must be shown when picking up your order and must match the name on the order, no exceptions. If an exchange is needed the item must be new, stain free, odor free, with tags. 

 

 REFUSED ORDERS :

Any order that is refused, sent back, or canceled after it's been shipped/fulfilled will be subject to a 35% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Remaining amount will be given as store credit. 

 

SHIPPING FEES:

We are not responsible for any shipping fee to and from destination. We recommend to add redo to all packages for free returns. 

ORDERS THAT ARE PLACED INCORRECTLY CAN NOT GUARANTEED THAT THEY WILL BE CHANGED.  PLEASE MAKE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK ALL ORDERS WHEN PLACING.
