CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER THE SAME DAY IF I CHOSE CURBSIDE PICK UP ?
No. Orders take 1-2 business days to process as all items are fulfilled from our warehouse and transferred to the store location. Please waist for your email that states when the item will  be ready for pick up. 
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WHEN PICKING UP MY CURBSIDE ORDER?
You must bring a Valid Government Issued ID and order confirmation email . ID must matched the name on order . If someone else will be picking up the order you must call (714) 780-2466 to request authorization. 
I CHOSE CURBSIDE PICK UP AND THE ORDER SHIPPED ?
Please email/call/text and include your order number so we can notate your account and send you an invoice for shipping fees. 
DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACE OUTSIDE OF THE USA?
Yes. We are not responsible for any additional importation fees that may be added my customs. 
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER ?
All orders are processed in 3-5 business days. After order is processed order is immediately shipped USPS priority mail that usually takes 2-5 business days to receive depending on location. Complete turn around time is usually between 3-10 business days. There an be delays due to Covid19. 
I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY PACKAGE?
Once your item is shipped we will email you the tracking number. Please check for expected delivery date. If no information is found feel free to call us and we can help track your package (714)852-3764. We are not responsible for any stolen packages once your item has been delivered. 
REFUNDS? 
No. We do not offer refunds. No exceptions.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES ?

CAN I COME INSTORE AND EXCHANGE AN ONLINE ORDER?
Yes, you must call before going so we can authorize the exchange and set up exchange item and make sure stock is available. 
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ?
Yes if your order has not been shipped . We do not process cancellations after the order has shipped.
WHAT IS THE BEST SIZE FOR ME ?
Each item has an individual size chart. All items run different in sizing. Please review charts and chose carefully as there is no refunds. If you need help with sizing please call (714) 852-3764
EXCHANGES ? 
On certain items one exchange is allowed for same item different size only. Please refer to our exchange policy for more details. 
CAN I GET FITTED IN STORE?
Due to COVID19 we are not taking any fittings at this time 
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES?
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen it is very important to notify us within 5 business days. We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. Route Insurance is added to your package to cover lost or stolen packages but claims are time sensitive. If we are not notified within 5 days your claim can be denied. 
WHAT IS ROUTE INSURANCE ?
Route Insurance is a third party company that will cover your shipment in case of damages, stolen or lost goods. If you remove this insurance your items will no be insured. 
ARE YOUR STORES FULLY OPEN DUE TO COVID19 ?
No we are not fully open. We are only open to assist at the door. Items can be purchased if available and curbside orders can be picked up. 
WHAT HAPPENS IF EXCHANGE ITEM IS UNAVAILABLE AND OUT OF STOCK ?
If exchange item is unavailable and out of stock for more then 7 days we will offer a similar product or will give you store credit. No refund will be given.

WE WILL REPLACE THE ITEM WITH A NEW ONE, SAME ITEM, SAME SIZE, STYLE & COLOR. NO EXCEPTIONS.
