CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER THE SAME DAY IF I CHOSE CURBSIDE PICK UP?
No, orders take 1-2 business days to process as all items are fulfilled from our warehouse and transferred to the store location. Please wait for an email confirmation that states your order is now ready for pick up. 
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WHEN PICKING UP MY CURBSIDE ORDER?
You must bring a valid government issued ID and an email order confirmation. ID must match the name on order. If someone else will be picking up the order you must call (714)780-2466 to request authorization. 
I CHOSE CURBSIDE PICK UP AND THE ORDER SHIPPED?
Please email/call/text and include your order number so we can notate your account and send you an invoice for shipping fees. 
DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE USA?
Yes, however, we are not responsible for any additional importation fees that may be added by customs. 
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER ?
All orders are processed in 3-5 business days. After an order is processed it is immediately shipped by USPS priority mail which usually takes 2-5 business days, timeframes are subject to change depending on location. Complete turn around time is usually between 3-10 business days. There can be delays due to Covid-19. 
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE?
Once your item is shipped we will email you the tracking number. Please check for expected delivery date. If no information is found feel free to call us and we can help track your package (714)852-3764. We are not responsible for any stolen packages once your item has been delivered. 
REFUNDS? 
No. We do not offer refunds. No exceptions.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES ?
No returns are permitted only exchanges only. Please check our returns policy for information.
CAN I COME INSTORE AND EXCHANGE AN ONLINE ORDER?
Yes, please call to verify so we can authorize the exchange and ensure stock is available. 
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ?
Yes, if your order has not been shipped we can still cancel. We do not process cancellations after the order has shipped.
WHAT IS THE BEST SIZE FOR ME ?
All sizes have variations and are based on different size charts. Please review charts carefully and call us if you have any questions as there are no refunds. You can contact us at (714) 852-3764
EXCHANGES? 
When applicable, exchanges are allowed for the same item but different size. Please refer to our exchange policy for more details. 
CAN I GET FITTED IN STORE?
Yes, feel free to visit any of our locations. 
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES?
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen it is very important to notify us within 5 business days. We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. Route Insurance is added to your package to cover lost or stolen packages but claims are time sensitive. If we are not notified within 5 days your claim can be denied. 
WHAT IS ROUTE INSURANCE ?
Route Insurance is a third party company that will cover your shipment in case of damages, stolen or lost goods. If you remove this insurance your items will no be insured. Please note any claims made are time sensitive and need to be notified within 5 days. Any claims made past the 15th day fall out of coverage and will no longer be insurable, as they are automatically voided. 
ARE YOUR STORES FULLY OPEN DUE TO COVID-19?
Yes, we are fully open but are operating with Covid-19 guidelines per local mandates. Please note there maybe a wait time as we have an in store guest limit at each location. 
WHAT HAPPENS IF EXCHANGE ITEM IS UNAVAILABLE AND OUT OF STOCK ?
If an item you wanted to exchange is unavailable and out of stock for more than 7 days, we will offer a similar product or provide store credit for the value of the item. No refunds will be made.

WE WILL REPLACE THE ITEM WITH A NEW ONE, SAME ITEM, SAME SIZE, STYLE & COLOR. NO EXCEPTIONS.
